The owner was our bartender and she did a poor job of all the service. My girlfriend had a simple request for her bun to be well done. You would think she asked for the world. The cooks ignored it and when we brought it up to her, she said her cooks were excellent and she did nothing. It took 15 minutes to get our keno ticket ran. She let us run out of beer. At the end she asked us not to come back. That won't be a problem. Arrogant owner doesn't understand customer service! There are other better places to spend my money!

I love the fact that it is election night and not one of the big screens has the elections. All TVs continue to have some sort of sports game or Club Keno. After working the polls and canvassing neighborhoods for the past 3 weeks, this is a great relief because I came out to get away from the madness!!! Big thanks for remaining true and neutral. Great neighborhood pub!!

Double check your bills when eating here. We recently ate here (2 couples) and our server added a gratuity to our bills. Her explanation was once a bill is close to 200 they automatically add 20% gratuity. Our 2 bills totaled 120.00 when added together, so not even close. We were both getting ready to leave tips when we noticed it. In our opinions she was hoping for a double tip.
