Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers

The name says it all. First time visiting and I will most definitely be back.

Delivered here, asked how long it would take for a buger staff told me five to ten depending on how busy so i decided to give it a go. they had my food ready quickly, and the fries were hot and crispy. The burger was fully cooked, but still juicy, the bun stayed together. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The price point is where it should be for a burger and fries. Would definitely stop back in.

Front Host was overwhelmed . She just kept ringing up orders and got back track to where my food just sat there. The fries had a weird taste to them and seemed kind of old. Burgers were flat . Just go to the Grand Blanc location !

Should've turned around and left when my son and I were standing behind a women complaining about her take out order and wanted her money back, but this is where my hubby wanted to have his father's day lunch here, so we stayed. We have eaten here many, many times since they've opened and always had great food and service. Today was not a one of those days-food wise. The people were great, as usual, the food was SUPER disappointing. We always order the same burger, drunken mushroom burger with bacon and an egg. My son ordered the same thing minus the egg and also an order of fried pickles. My hubby and I shared the burger platter. When our burgers came out, I noticed our burger didn't have bacon on it so the nice server took it back and had bacon put on it. Cool beans. The fried pickles tasted like they were old and reheated in old fryer oil and the fries were just as bad. You could tell the oil needed to be changed and the burger.....they had no flavor and were as dry as a unused sponge. No amount of condiments could add enough moisture to it. Oh, and the egg? I ordered it over easy and what we got was a hard fried something. The only way I knew it was an egg was because I seen something yellow. The only thing that was good was my water and my son and hubby's soda. As we were leaving, another gentleman was coming in to get different fries because the ones he got were cold and nasty(his words). I'm pretty sure today's experience will be our last, which is sad because we loved coming here. Between the travel time to get there for us and the cost of the food, it's not worth it to us to come back.

It's pretty good The service may sometimes it's accent sometimes not so much same thing with the food though I usually get a little bit ill after eating hair I believe it has to do with how oily the food can be

We stopped by for dinner. Greeted by manager & staff. We very much enjoyed our meal! This was the first time (from either locations) that my burger w heavy veggies .. crisp, and was so good...

Ordered through GrubHub, and driver never tried to make contact; they just left the order at the door. Maybe GrubHub doesn't do that like UberEats does. We got one Onion Straws, and two Freakin Brugers. The Onion Fries were extraordinarily greasy and had a very unpleasant taste. One of the brugers was said to be very greasy as well. I though my burger was a 3 out of 5. For the price, Five Guys is your best bet.
