“Big Johns is a Flint icon!! If you want a tasty, belly filling sandwich, this is it!! It's Not the cheapest, but, it is the best. I highly recommend the steak and onion, the club and other sandwiches are great as well. Though, their reputation was built on the original steak and onion!!!“

“I got a small cheese pizza to go. The bartender who took my order was very nice, and polite. The pizza came out pretty fast. I would say 10ish minutes.

Now I don't mind this because I like my pizza a bit sloppy, but I only live 5 mins away and the drive made most of my cheese slide to one side. Which isn't a huge deal, just made half of it a bit soggy lol.

The crust is thin, closer to New York style for sure. Not like Chicago pub style. I think they use a real pizza oven and not a conveyor belt style pizza oven. Nice chew and crunch to it.

The sauce and cheese are solid, a much more traditional tomato sauce, you can tell they don't add sugar to it. Which is great, let the tomatoes and seasoning be the main flavor you taste.
