I ordered a sub to be delivered not even a mile away like I have before and after 30 minutes I called back. All the employees were really sweet and apologetic for the inconvenience except the general manager, Kevin Johnson, who preceded to tell me it was my fault because the workers don’t get there till 11 to deliver subs. He then hung up on me and at this point it was 40 min since I ordered and my lunch break was almost over. Worst manager ever.
