Everytime I go to this James Johnathan’s they seem to mess up something different. Every single sandwich in the order made wrong? Drink filled only half way? “We’re out of cookies” there’s a whole box sitting on the counter? “No ice in the drink” literally just a cup of ice? Order 3 bags of chips and they just smash 1 in the bottom of the bag? They either only hire incompetent people or they’re just trolling me

I work at the Meijer Gas station. I eat lunch from this Jimmy John's a few times a week. The staff here is amazing. Always friendly, hospitable and they keep the store clean. Definitely if you need a vibe change, eat here.
The sandwiches are always fire and the tomatoes are on point and juicy.
The people that work here are really the highlight though. Without them it would jus be another empty box with no scene or vibe.
Whoever owns the store I hope you cherish and don't take for granted the staff you have. They all definitely deserve a living wage or at the very least a substantial pay raise for making this one of the best places to eat around.
Most of the complaints are from people who have money but don't want to pickup their own food. Impatient elderly people who need a hug or spoiled girls who didn't have balance at home.

Placed an order for delivery tonight and they called me to tell me they didn't have the stuff for an unwhich... we said ok that's fine just leave that off the order.. they say ok but call back 5 minutes later to tell me they voided the whole order?? I order here very often and I am very upset they waited until after delivery time to call and cancel my order. Doesn't make sense to me.

So my order was $16 and change. The kid who took the money, without missing a beat, acted like that's what I owed. I was actually going to give it all because the girl who took my order was a wreck. Not professional or friendly. My point was to try to change her attitude and then I got a different person at the window and he acted weirdly entitled to the $3+ tip. It was just a strange experience and I'm guessing there probably needs to be better leadership. I probably won't be coming back.
Servers sucked, the customer service was just not there? music loud as hell and could barely hear the guy mumbling taking our order. The guy who brought us our food was like dead inside. Do better to have more customers to make it more enjoyable ?

My sandwich was just ok for my first time visit. $30.00 was pretty high for 2 sandwich combos. Tables were dirty. There were not any people there when my daughter and I were there. So in my opinion, staff had time to clean above and below tables.
