Ordered two buckets online got there at 8: 00pm they were going to be open three more hours. They told me they had absolutely no chicken!! They couldn't refund my order and the manager Don said I could come the next day and get my chicken. Went the next day to get my chicken and his boss said no way and they don't know how to help me get my stuff refunded cuz they're not affiliated with the app... Poor management all the way around.

Pulled up to the drive through on Saturday February 1st at 6 PM to get an 8 piece family meal. I was told that, that wasn't available right now. So I asked what do you have available? The guy at the speaker said we won't have any fried chicken for 30 minutes. Then he asked me if I wanted to wait. I did not, and left. Then tonight in my Facebook Wall a friend of mine went to the KFC and the same thing happened to him. How ridiculous.

I ordered the new chicken strips and chicken meal. I asked for extra crispy, wow they were so over cooked..They also forgot my gravy for the instant potatoes, when I called all they did was tell me to drive back. It wasn't worth my time and gas to do that. I am kind of glad they ran out of the extra crispy and gave me some of the original or the entire meal would have been terrible. I am pretty disappointed in my meal. Not sure when or if I will go back because of it.

Went here for the 2nd time, and was turned away again! The problem seems to be with the Manager. She was serving a customer at the counter and told our party to leave, because it was drive through only? Never had this problem untill restaurant rebuilt after it burned down....would like to give a star rating, but I can't ever get them to take my order! Thank goodness the Rally's is next door!!!!!

As I walked into This particular KFC in Flint Township I recognized a manager that I previously had a bad experience with before and I knew there would be a problem!

When I first spoke with this manager she said they had no chicken?

As I entered the restaurant the manager quickly said to me that The dining room wasn't open as she was helping out a customer!

What kind of service is that? I would suggest not going to that KFC ever! Don't go there!

Normally I would go really late to get my KFC because when I get done doing my errands I expect to have chicken tenders. But now I know that I will never go to KFC for chicken tenders because when I went there to get chicken tenders they told me they didn't have any. What kind of a chicken place ain't got chicken tenders? That's like going to McDonald's and McDonald's saying that we're out of quarter pounder. Like what?

Sending this from the drive thru where we've been now waiting 25 minutes after paying. We are waiting on chicken tenders and a bowl. Told they were out of chicken. How is this place in business? I just saw the other reviews.

UPDATE: Went inside to request refund no one will come to the counter and wait on us. Bullshit! Hope the owners see these reviews.

Ordered 3 four piece take out meals, supposed to be ready at 7:05 pm. Get there and not ready, 4 cars waiting for their order. At 7:50 pm none of the first 4 cars waiting still have not received their orders. My son goes in to check, still not ready. As retaliation, the kfc workers decided to teach us a lesson and gave the other 3 cars waiting their food, served 3 other customers at the drive thru window instead of giving us our order. This was at 8:15 pm. And we pre-ordered! Your service sucks!

Slow service. They gave my food to a car waiting for their food. The manager all stressed out , snapping at help. Had to wait for a fork so my grand daughter could eat. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Bad customer service. If your not going to serve the lobby, close it. Lady at the counter (manager, I assume) let us know upon entering that it would be a few moments because she was serving drive-thru first, and she suggested going through drive-thru. We waited a few minutes, and asked about how long she thought the wait would be. She explained everything she had to do first and just said "idk some moments" ....
