OK , if you read any reviews, hot foods hot, cold foods cold. I detest lukewarm food. The bowls were lukewarm and only a little amount of chicken. Mostly Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy/corn 6 nuggets on each bowl! Customer Service is ok. My young adults were hungry, so we ate it. Wouldn't buy again. Over 20.00 for mac/cheese,potatoes/gravy Bowls meals, extra bread slaw drinks.... Oh Ok. My bad next time.... I'll keep it moving.
