Ooowee is there some good food here! A hole in the wall restaurant, this is Flint, MI best kept secret! Parking can be a challenge, but don't get discouraged, the food is worth walking a bit for! Speaking of food, it's hot, fresh and well prepared with generous portions. Easy on your wallet too, not too expensive! See for yourself why OooWee's is a must stop when in Flint!

Don't let this place fool you! I decided to go for a walk this afternoon. As I walked up to the diner, I didn't see any cars parked out front. Wondered if it was open? Yes! I sat down at the counter. A friendly lady asked me what I wanted to drink? Coffee, please! Took my food order, vegetable omelet with hash browns!. You can watch the chef and waitress working together on the order.

Found this little gem on internet when looking for breakfast place in Flint. Just opened recently. The neighborhood is old and “blighty” but this place rocks!! Wonderful food. Fresh and generous. Husband and I had breakfast but will be back for a “smash burger “ real soon!! Good prices too!! Run by husband and wife.
