Rude answering the phone when taking orders and cut you off when you’re trying to give a name for your order and hang up in your face. Need to work on their customer service by far.

Ghetto. The girl behind the counter not friendly at all and on her cell phone. Saw me standing there & didn't acknowledge me. She walked towards the back to do something. Homeless people hanging around inside & outside of store and approached me in the parking lot as well. Offered me crack or weed to take them home.

Best little Caesar’s around !! The food is always Hot , Fresh and ready!! Never a long wait and Anthony is always so Friendly and Professional!! I only eat pizza from this location !!
I usually don't complain about little things but I DO think this complaint is warranted. So we went here last Sunday around 8:40 not even realizing it was Sunday and they closed early because we aren't THOSE PEOPLE that come into a restaurant 30 minutes before they close but it just so happened that this day we did. ANYWAYS...... WHEN MY HUSBAND WALKED INTO THE RESTAURANT THAT DIDN'T CLOSE FOR 20 MINUTES AND THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED THE EMPLOYEE ASKED HIM TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU INSTEAD!!!!! WAIT......WHAT???? NO WE AREN'T GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND WE COULDN'T GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU THERE BECAUSE WE'VE GOT A 1 TON CHEVY EXPRESS VAN AND HAVE YOU SEEN THIS DRIVE THR!!??!??? IDK HOW REGULAR VEHICLES GET THROUGH IT BUT WE DID TRY TO GO THRU IT UPON THE EMPLOYEES REQUEST BUT OUR VEHICLE COULD NOT GET THROUGH IT WITHOUT TAKING OUT A CURB, THE SPEAKER, AND SIGN. SO MY HUSBAND WENT BACK IN AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION SO NO BIG DEAL EXCEPT THE HUGE INCONVENIENCE IT CAUSED US BUT I SAT THERE WAITING FOR OUR FOOD FOR 15 MINUTES WHILE THEY WERE STILL OPEN AND PROBABLY WATCHED 10 CARS COME IN THERE IN THAT TIME AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THE EMPLOYEES LOCKED THE DOOR SO NO MORE CUSTOMERS COULD COME IN THE DOOR WHILE THEY WERE STILL OPEN DURING BUSINESS Hours AND IM SORRY BUT THAT'S SHAMEFUL TO ME AND TO BE HONEST IM GETTING A LITTLE SICK OF EMPLOYEES IN FLINT JUST THINKING THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S NOT IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION!!!!!

When I think of most Lil Caesars restaurants the old song "IM GOING DOWN" comes into my mind prompting me to go somewhere else! From the barely sauced pizzas to the slimy undercooked wing dings,they fail constantly,never offer you any plates or napkins, customer service is not the best,and they never ever put enough cheese on your pizza unless you pay extra for it! And the cheese mixture they use has a funny, spoiled rancid metallic taste to it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
