I don't normally eat inside fast food places, but this place is fantastic and I'm so glad that I did. I walked up and a worker was holding the door for me. Then when we ordered our food the cashier was very nice, he double checked we got our drinks. And then we sat down, we were expecting to get up and grab our food from the counter but they brought it out to us and let me know one of my items would be coming in a minute. When he brought that out he made sure the rest of our food was good before heading back to the kitchen. Always loved long John silver's but this one is definitely my favorite.

Customer service wasn't great and God forbid you have any alterations to your order or a substitute. Customer service alone I won't be coming back to this location I will only go to the one I Tawas or Detroit.

Stopped there at 330 in the afternoon, the staff was unorganized, we waited for 18 minutes and still do not get to order so we left. While we waited we saw order after order come back up because items were missing. There is enough staff working, but they are not concentrating to make sure the orders are accurate, following a workflow, as people kept switching places. The prices at this LJS are higher than the one in Lansing as well. Don't want to pay more and not get accurate service. Some training really needs to take place at this store.

Ordered online and went to pick up, but ended up sitting in the drive thru for 12 minutes after the order was ready. We tried to ask for replacement food, but then listened to the manager scream at the drive through worker for inquiring only to be told our food didn’t sit. When we got home, it was cold and also raw. My chicken was completely raw on the inside.
Had a pretty large order. came at 5 pm to find the lobby closed so had to go to drive thru where the order taker/window person was unorganized, and rude. Had to come back through to get the rest of my order and then was out of more than one thing I had ordered.. so the online menu and order option is not
