Sometimes they aren't rude. sometimes they are. It's a little slow sometimes. The food sometimes hits but it is inherently greasy and the meats sometimes seem questionable in quality. They consistently do not check your order to make sure everything is there and you will not get the sauce you requested, you will get handfuls upon handfuls of lemon juice and whatever else they felt like grabbing. I will probably go again eventually but I need a long break.
I ordered the two piece chicken combo asked to add a piece of chicken the girl continued to say you order chicken I said I'm aware I want to add another piece of chicken she said pull around I didn't think my request was that difficult I ended up going in the inside to place my order I can say i was nervous to eat after purchasing felt like the may have done something to my food it was her tone.
Food hot and tasty. Prices good for what you get. They do need more help as wait times are a bit long. Ordering in the app and have to still wait for simple food order. New inside is very nice and clean.
