Used the app and it was great to order ahead, stop, use the restroom and get back on the road.
It was busy in the drive thru and this made it so much easier.

pretty sure the deluxe is supposed to have lettuce and tomato and I did say no mayo but I also didn't get the cheese I added to the sandwich. it's a simple order, I can't understand why it gets screwed up every time. im tired of paying extra for things and not getting them. it says it in big bold letters. being able to read must not be a requirement to work here. atleast the chicken nugget happy meal came out right.

I hate this McDonald’s with a passion already on multiple occasions I’ve had to have my food remade I ask for extra sauce and the crew and management act like they’re paying for it! Once I went inside to show them and they talked about me amongst each other. But tonight I’m annoyed because I won free food from the monopoly game and I wanted to use it on a mcchicken, they said the code wasn’t working which is weird but I’m confused on if I’m showing you the coupon and the code why can’t you override and give me my food anyways? I wasn’t scamming and it’s not my fault as the customer. I’ve worked at McDonald’s in management before so I know they could’ve just gave it to me and carried on with our night. I’m not going to come back I will be driving to a different location from now on because you clearly do not care about the customer satisfaction!

We placed our order, and for whatever reason they had us pull to the cones but before I was even at the cone someone was bringing the food out. It seemed kind of silly. Most of the workers are friendly.

My big Mac was 80% Mac sauce. The burger was covered with it inside and out. Zero napkins in the bag as well. The only upside was the guy at the counter was nice, and polite.

Middle aged woman with glasses and a green sweater, no work shirt or name tag is miserable and treats your customers like trash. The app wasn’t working through drive through, she was rude about that, came inside to order through that, still wasn’t working, neither were the kiosks. Also fine, I said it doesn’t matter I’ll just get a receipt, she threw her hands up said yes it does I could’ve fixed it ( but couldn’t before) and said all these customers are being rude (which they weren’t). Doesn’t set a good tone, I’ll stick to Grand blanc or Linden for sure, first and last time at this location. It’s not our fault you’re busy and things aren’t working properly.

So I know I ordered off value menu, and yes I know it's not filet mignon lol, but geez, this is ridiculous. I ordered the McChicken plus a fry, so buy one get other for a dollar. I guess next time I'll skip the dollar FF since they only give you about 10c worth in bag. Rude.

Ok, I know, McDonald's is McDonald's. But I have to give this crew props. I showed up on a Friday morning during rush hour. There were 3 cars waiting who had already ordered and I was the third car in line when I pulled in. I needed to grab breakfast, so figured I could spare 10 minutes. This crew had me back on the road in less than 5. No waiting anywhere! No to order, not to pay, not for my food. I was super impressed. Of course the food was good, it McDonald's, so I knew what I was getting. The speed is what impressed me!

I ordered a cookie tote tonight, the cookies were just thrown into the box, about half of the cookies were completely broken out of the tote. Would not recommend getting cookies from this location.
