Cold food. Rude staff. Never got receipt. Waited over a half hour for my cold food. Spent over $20 and then wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for possible fresh food. I emailed corporate and got an email back that they would reach out to the franchise and that then the franchise should reach out to me from there. NOTHING.
Just save your time and money. Stay away from this establishment.

I'm beyond disgusted. How hard is it to make a bagel egg and cheese with extra breakfast sauce when you people charge for that? I specifically put no bacon and I get just a bagel with all bacon on it. Are you people stupid? Do you not know what no bacon extra breakfast sauce is?

This was a late night run for food for family waiting in the ER. The order taker was pleasant and helpful. I recieved all of the within in 2 minutes. Then I was on my way back to the hospital.

Had a hankering for a double patty with bacon .. the only way I eat a burger. Disappointed! I attempted to add tomatoes and lettuce through the app. I added the lettuce for an upcharge. There was no option to add the tomatoes. Get home, no bacon, no lettuce!!!!!

Every time I go here they take an extremely abnormally long time to for me to get my food even if I just order a drink and I'm the only person in line I will still sit in line anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes or more
