I can’t always say this but we went to McDonald’s yesterday at 11/21/25 at 2pm and I was very impressed with my quality of service from every member of the drive through. They were very helpful kind and accommodation when I ordered 2 separate orders.

Wish I could give a zero this place sucks order food for that location and then they charge you and tell ya it’s not there. Very disappointed will not return.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s three times in a single week—all for one thing: a simple frappe. You’d think I was asking for a unicorn dipped in caramel the way this place acts. Every visit, same story: “Ice cream machine’s down.” At this point, I think the machine’s not broken—it’s in witness protection.
I’m convinced they wheel it out once a year for inspection, then tuck it back in like it’s the crown jewels. Management should just rename the drink menu “Things We Used to Have.” I’d have better luck finding Atlantis than getting a frappe here.

Ordered 2 ranch chicken warps 1 looked like they sat it on counter and used hand to rip and tear it so it couldn't be ate as a wrap entire staff needs to be replaced don't believe retraining will work with this crew. Get the robots in

Staff did not know how to ring up special offered through the text message. When manager arrived he gave one order at the special offer and double charged on other bill. The chicken nuggets were hard almost unidentifiable as chicken

Honestly just go to the store on miller. Everytime ive gone to this mcdonalds they leave something out of my and offer to replace but is such a pain to try and get a refund. At least at miller they gibe you what you paid for

Cold food. Rude staff. Never got receipt. Waited over a half hour for my cold food. Spent over $20 and then wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for possible fresh food. I emailed corporate and got an email back that they would reach out to the franchise and that then the franchise should reach out to me from there. NOTHING.
Just save your time and money. Stay away from this establishment.
