Took my daughter to Niko's for breakfast one morning. I remember it as Coty's. It's been that long since I've been there. We were pleasantly surprised at the way they remodeled. It looks really nice inside. Food was really good. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic. Attentive staff and Pleasant to talk to.

I understand being busy, however the horrible customer service provided at this establishment is unacceptable. Servers are the “face of the company” if you’re too rude and ignorant when you’re busy, find other work.

I called in an order for 3 cheeseburgers deluxe with fries. When I arrived home none of the burgers had cheese and deluxe consisted of lettuce and pickles. Did I mention the burgers were cold! I called back to the restaurant and I was told I could bring the food back and they could add the missing toppings and reheat the burgers on the grill. I respectfully declined the offer to return the food. I'm pretty sure returning cooked food to a restaurant is a ServSafe violation.

Would give Zero stars! Gross! We ordered a few different things and it was all gross. My kids pancakes were completely burnt and Instead of remaking them they just put them in the containers and served them anyway! As soon as I opened it I could smell how burnt they were. Flipped them over and they were black. We ordered the waffle with strawberry and whipped cream and they forgot the strawberry and whipped cream. I got the egg white omelet with spinach and feta and it was soaked in butter. Everything was soaked I'm butter! My French toast was cooked in so much butter that it was soggy and my hands were covered in butter. My husband ordered the wings and they were undercooked and the blue cheese dressing they served with them is turnt! ?

Was here for the first time in years a couple of weeks ago. It was a different name at that point (I am not sure if it was totally different owners or just a new name to go along with the rebrand). We both had breakfast and it was delicious. Terrific amount of food for the price. Good service and the food was better than what I remember. The inside seemed nicer as well (cleaner, looks, etc). I would certainly come back again.

First time being here since they switched the name , was fire ? we got wing dings to start , a couple coneys / Detroit style , finger and toes for the kiddo and we had us some huge burgers with the perfect condiments. Severs were great we had like 3 I wasn’t sure how they would split the tip ?? 10/10 though will be eating here again soon ?? thanks again !
Kid-friendliness: Awwww I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was definitely so sweet I got to see her granddaughter!
