I was here last Friday and the young lady in drive thru took my order fast and with a good attitude. I come through here often and enjoy talking to her. Usually I come inside and she talks to me about my day and tells me about her little baby boy but Friday I was in a rush so I just went through drive thru. I enjoy coming to this rally’s, ask for Gracie if you come here, she’s the best!!

Walked in waited about five minutes, one employee looked at me from the kitchen never said anything, so I waited another few minutes and walked out… What a joke!!!

Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but when you order from the app and it says it will be done in 5 mins and 25 mins later you finally get your order and it is wrong it’s not a great first impression to this restaurant. By the time we got our order it was wrong and cold. I didn’t want to wait another 20+ mins for either a refund or new food so we just dealt either it.

Save your money and go across the street to Mega. I stopped in here bunch of times Fries were sauggy Burger are served not hot and the drink was nasty. I think they ran out of syrup cuz the coke was nasty. This place has gone way down hill....it used to be good but last couple years it's been nasty

I ordered off of doordash they messed up my entire order then they refused to make it properly. I got yelled and cussed at on the phone by some lady. All I wanted was to be able to eat dinner after paying $60 for food how hard is it to make a sandwich properly or at the very least fix the mistake you have made?

When the ratings says 100% I opted to keep driving to see for myself. Food was fresh and service was respectful and professional. Nice to know this still applies in the fast food industry. It was also nice not to have to deal with a kiosk machine!!!
