Great place! Fun hibachi experience, excellent staff. Portion sizes were HUGE! Sushi was delicious as well. Mixed drinks were just OK, my Cosmo was great, but the specialty drink we ordered was not good. Highly recommend (9/10)
So much fun to be a part of the hibachi experience. The chef and server were amazing. I highly recommend Sagano’s.
I haven't been to Sagano in years since it was sold, but definitely idea to try them out again. Sushi was decent, the crab soup was decent, but the dumpling soup was oversalted (the chicken base probably sat in the hotwell too long and got too concentrated through evaporation). Hopefully it was just a fluke. Our visit was on a Saturday around 7pm (surpringly it wasn't busy at all) - we will be back because this used to be one of my weekly visits and miss their food and service.

Sagano Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse is a great place with a fun hibachi experience. The chefs cook food on a flat top grill and put on an enjoyable show. Portion sizes are huge, even for lunch, with very tasty food and plenty to take home. The sushi is the best around, incredibly fresh and tasty, and is better than the hibachi food, which is done for the experience. The crab soup is decent, but the dumpling soup was oversalted. Mixed drinks are just OK, with a great Cosmo but a not good specialty drink. The staff is excellent, attentive, friendly, and super sweet. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and has a great energy. The owner is a very nice person. This is a top-tier dining experience with fresh, flavorful food and genuinely excellent service. Highly recommended.
