“It's been a while since we last visited Cracker Barrel, we are not regulars but every once in a while we have a craving for an old country style breakfast. While we have always had a good or neutral experience, today's was exceptional primarily due to the excellent and friendly service we received from our server Quentin. He is exactly what our workforce needs to remain competitive in the world today. It may sound trivial but as someone who has worked with the general public for 40 years, it's no small matter to satisfy and please the sometimes unreasonable demands people have. The type of service we received today from Quentin gives me hope that all is not lost in the service industry. Cracker Barrel is fortunate to have Quentin as part of their team. Thanks!“

“I had met with a group in banquet room after a homegoing service! I had always heard people talking about how much battery the point location was in the Saginaw Michigan location and I’ll tell you what I will go to hands down everything I cried was just absolutely wonderful I thoroughly stuck myself up there very happy and very full I would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone any one of the employees that I had happen to have contact with were more than helpful more than polite I was very very pleased with my afternoon there“
