Location used to be good but now its not the typical good quality Subway they claim to be. Subs will come squished or smashed. Staff doesn't care about anything so Rude, short with comments and just doesn't want your business.

Made an online order for pick up, went to go and get it but they said they didn’t have it. My fiancé went inside to show the confirmation and the worker stated the order had been picked up… if it did, it wasn’t by me! So then the worker continues to accuse my fiancé of stealing?? Absolutely insane. No apology for having to wait 30 minutes for our order because they gave it to the wrong person, just “I’ll make sure to let my manager know we’ll be two sandwiches short”.
I would never recommend making an online order for pick up here. I will not be coming back.

I don’t ever leave reviews but based on my experience here, I feel obligated to say something. I ordered 2 subs through the drive through and the man working was extremely rude. I’ve worked in the service industry for a few years now and I understand short staffing, getting busy, etc. However, there wasn’t anybody in the store and I was the only person in the drive through. After ordering the first sub, I told him that it would be a combo and he told me to pull forward, I said I had another sandwich and he rudely said that I was supposed to order my other sandwich before saying anything about making that first one a combo.
For the second sandwich, I told him that I wanted Italian bread (meaning Italian herbs and cheese) and then I asked, after he’d moved on to the veggies, if that was the herbs and cheese and he rudely exclaimed that there were multiple types and that if I wanted the herbs and cheese I should’ve said that.
As I said, I don’t usually leave reviews and I’ve lived in Genesee county all my life…. I’ve never experienced uncalled-for bad service like this.

I rarely post reviews. But I had a not so great experience. The order was placed through the app for pickup. I waited 10 minutes after placing it before I drove to get it. Another 10 minutes. I get there and order was not even started. So I let the only person working i I would be in the car waiting. So I waited another 10 minutes and go back in... No sandwiches. She instead made sandwiches for people walking in and going through the drive thru. I said there another 25 minutes before my sandwiches were made. There should be more than 1 employee there to handle things. The lady was doing her best. I just know now if I go to this particular Subway store to just come in and order

Every time we come here there's no more than two employees, usually just a single one, but they get everyone in line just as quickly. You probably wouldn't even know. Specifically AJ yesterday was great. While he made my subs and the woman's in front of me he kept cracking jokes, making conversation, the whole nine yards. I haven't had a bad experience at this subway, we consider it the best in the area.

I ordered a sandwich in the drive thru. It was made wrong, didn't toast it or add cheese like I ordered it. I called them and she denied that she made the sub wrong. But here I am with a sub with stale bread and no cheese. What a horrible reaction to infer that a customer is lying. So I paid $8 for a sub that I don't want. She offered to remake it, but I don't have time to drive all the way back there on my lunch hour. Should have refunded me the money since it was her mistake. This location has really gone downhill, used to be really good here. Never going back.

My husband and I went through the drive thru ordered a sub and said ok I’ll be back. My husband then tells him sir……… we are ordering multiple subs. This guy comes back and tells us well I’m the only one working and I’m making them one at a time. My husband politely says ok. The guys proceeds to tell my husband this is how it’s going to be and if you don’t like it then I guess I can’t make your subs even though my husband didn’t argue with him. The prices are up every where and we were prepared to purchase 4 foot longs and drop $60. Due to his rudeness we just left. I have no intentions on doing business at this location again.

The gentleman that made my sub, not only coughed all over my sub and the whole ingredient counter, but also picked his nose, very obviously, before and after taking my sub out of the toaster. With gloves! And not a scratch. He was digging boogers out of his nose. And continued to make subs without changing gloves. After one time I was shocked and disgusted, but twice, are you serious? Now I know why nobody eats subway anymore! Save your money and go buy fresh ingredients!

Sat waiting at the drive through for about 15 minutes. And nobody bothered. No cars in the parking lot, so they were not busy at all. Happens literally every time I try to go to this subway, even though it is in a really convenient location, I have to drive out of my way to go to another one where they actually answer their drive through
What's even the point of putting your hours on google if you're not going to adhere to them. Showed up at 9pm, google says you close at 10pm, open sign was lit up, yet for some reason the door was locked. And this isn't the first time. As someone who works on the road I rely on restaurants being OPEN when they say they are. Get it together.

In at around noon on 4/4/25. Girl behind the counter is a rockstar. Made 6 sandwiches between drive up and counter while I stood there and they all looked neat and clean and kept her workstation clean while washing her hands after cashing customers out. all with a positive attitude and a smile. Cant find good employees like that anymore! You are the best!
