The gentleman that made my sub, not only coughed all over my sub and the whole ingredient counter, but also picked his nose, very obviously, before and after taking my sub out of the toaster. With gloves! And not a scratch. He was digging boogers out of his nose. And continued to make subs without changing gloves. After one time I was shocked and disgusted, but twice, are you serious? Now I know why nobody eats subway anymore! Save your money and go buy fresh ingredients!
Sat waiting at the drive through for about 15 minutes. And nobody bothered. No cars in the parking lot, so they were not busy at all. Happens literally every time I try to go to this subway, even though it is in a really convenient location, I have to drive out of my way to go to another one where they actually answer their drive through
What's even the point of putting your hours on google if you're not going to adhere to them. Showed up at 9pm, google says you close at 10pm, open sign was lit up, yet for some reason the door was locked. And this isn't the first time. As someone who works on the road I rely on restaurants being OPEN when they say they are. Get it together.

In at around noon on 4/4/25. Girl behind the counter is a rockstar. Made 6 sandwiches between drive up and counter while I stood there and they all looked neat and clean and kept her workstation clean while washing her hands after cashing customers out. all with a positive attitude and a smile. Cant find good employees like that anymore! You are the best!
Close before time
Terrible service. Didn't see the drive thru had a speaker so we pull up to the window to get our mobile order. Despite placing it 20 minutes ago they still don't have it ready and the dude freaks out at us saying we cut in line despite there being no line when we got there. We pull back around and you can't understand a thing thru the speaker. Once we got our food it wasn't even right. Waste of time and money!
Ordered online got to store said drive thru only on door 3 cars in line ridiculous wait
Went 30 minutes before close tonight the doors were locked and the employees were ignoring me. Don’t have hours open until 10 if your not actually open until 10

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Evan Hudson walked out while my online order should’ve been being made and was very rude saying she closed up and is going home.

I visit this location a lot for lunch, and it would be better service if they hired more help. Every time I come through the drive thru, I’m met with “there are ___ customers ahead of you inside”. :/
