I came in tonight at 9:40 online it says they close at 10 I was there 20 minutes before they closed I waited about 8 minutes no one greeted me or anything I literally was swinging my keys trying to get someone’s attention I finally walked around and saw an employee and asked are you closed? He had more than enough time to take my order hopefully I can contact the manager. It’s very misleading for the website to say one thing but for that employee not to be taking any orders and you have more than enough time and I was the only person there is ridiculous
The first thing I noticed was the floor. It was spotless. You could tell that the floor had been mopped recently. The entire place was very clean. The service was perfect.

It seems like the worker there doesn’t want to work as I ordered my sub he didn’t added any sauces in it and did everything exactly what I refused to do!! Worst experience never pull up again!!! Owner and subway should look up to this kind of things going on . Never recommend to take out from this place ever. There is no option for negative rating or would have done this and this is not the first time have gone through this.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. Staff was absolutely terrible and rude. Did not even acknowledge me and my boyfriend’s presence when walking in. Kid on the line didn’t even know what he was doing and was looking at the menu board to see what went on the sandwich. I personally work in food service and this experience was beyond disappointing.

This location is terrible. It seems like the workers either don’t care about their job, or have no earthly idea how to do it. It’s a busy location, and they don’t staff it to actually make it take less than 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. Just don’t go here.
The one guy working at this location has no business working with the public so rude to the point I got up and left needed help with the app instead acted like I bothered him I won't spend my hard earned money to support his paycheck!

They’re busy. I’m probably one of the most patient people around and don’t mind waiting a bit. However, when you stand at the counter for your pick up order (ordered 20 minutes prior to arrival) and not a one out of the 3 acknowledge you’re there, or the other 5 people standing in line, that’s just not great customer service. Then when they finally do acknowledge, only because I asked about my order, she gives nothing but attitude and annoyance. Again, I understand it’s busy but at least acknowledge your customers in a civil way. And she slams the food into the pick up rack instead of just saying it’s ready.

My friends and I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, a walmart employee had noticed we hadn’t been helped yet and had to go to the back to grab the employee before he finally decided to come out to help us. My friends ordered their food and I sat here waiting for an additional 15 minutes for him to complete my online order. They need to have more than one person working at a time. I am NOT happy.

Would give 0 if I could. Thursday at 340 we went in to get some food and the employees were just straight out rude and disrespectful to the point we left and didn't even get anything. It started with us trying to order and I guess not talking at the top of our lungs triggers subway employees because they just got disrespectful because they couldn't hear us well enough. They were being so rude about it that we told them it was very unprofessional to act like that and would not be shopping there because of the attitude and disrespect that we received. I would recommend getting rid of toxic people like that, they are poison to your brand. Will never go there again because of this experience.
