I came from out of town on a work assignment stopped for Lunch here ordered full order of wings just for them to mess the order up and tell me I can’t receive a refund unless I’m present with the food. Pretty much took my money with no options other than come back as I’m already back on the road heading a hour away. The don’t communicate with staff so they will tell you one thing and do another DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE it’s already hard enough out here but now you have to worry about restaurants stealing.

Honestly, bartender was really rude last night. Not sure what was up. My brother & I sat at the bar and ordered food. He goes in the back after taking my order, came back out. A woman brings my brother his food and reiterates that the guy at the bar can take my order…I was confused… cuz didn’t I already tell him I wanted? I go up to him, this man never even put my order in… then when I did order, he asked me if I wanted the fries as if fries wasn’t included with my chicken wings…I really wasn’t feeling fries that night anyway, so I said nah I’m good. he brought my food out in a to go box with the bill. I never asked for to-go… but whatever, I still tipped 25%. Just to get home and see I paid j $19.95 for eight flat wing dings. Jokes on me LOL

Went to downtown location Sunday evening. Took forever to get a server I actually went and found one. She was great her name is Kayhla. She was really friendly but we ordered and after the food came out we were told they were out of the sides we ordered . We never got a refill on drinks. Credit card machine was not working so we were told we had to pay cash or cash app. Who carries cash anymore? And sending cash app directly to server was just awkward. If you are cash only just post that on your door or on the tables. The Catfish was tasty. Never got our sides so I can’t speak on them. They didn’t offer any discount for the trouble. Not in a rush to go back

Me and mynsons usually go to the Sweetwaters in Detroit for my birthday. We saw they opened in Flint so we went there, closer for both of my sons. We got there at noon, web site and door say they open at 11. Nope all locked up. I drove over 60 miles and my kids were 30 and 45 miles away. Very disappointing.

We had a 50th reunion meet and greet here and the management and servers went out of their way to make sure that our evening was flawless. The servers were very attentive and pleasant. The food was beautifully displayed and kept fresh throughout the night. I definitely will use this venue again and will refer others. Thank you, David and Sweetwater

We went here during back to the bricks and I wish I knew our waitresses name she was amazing and apparently had worked almost the entire alone so definitely kudos to her
