I tried the veggie wrap today and was positively surprised. Very good, lots of flavor. Recently, I tried the veggie wrap at Steady Eddie's at the Flint Farmers Market and the Palette Cafe is far better, hands down. Less expensive, as well. Kudos to the great staff at the FIA's Palette Cafe!

I’ve been visiting the Flint Institute of Arts museum for years and have been ordering the London Fog Lavender tea from The Palette Cafe. I love the flavour of this ☕️tea, and I’ve been meaning to get lunch here now for some time. Today, I talked my son into eating here for lunch and we had the Caprese sandwiches. The sandwich is made on homemade bread ? from Detroit, with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes ?, onions and pesto sauce. The sandwich ? was slightly grilled and came with a pickle. The sandwich was substantial and tasty, the pickle was crisp, the tea was hot and soothing and the server was kind and professional. We sat outside the cafe and enjoyed the ambiance of being near the museum. The sandwiches are a little more expensive than a submarine shop, but they were great quality and tasted delicious! I really enjoyed my lunch and if you’re out and about and want to try a new place to eat or you want to go to a museum and stop in for a quick lunch or tea, try out Palette’s cafe.

Delicious, fresh, and I love their daily soup selection. I have yet to find a soup I didn't like. I do have to add that they only make so much of each soup per day. On more than one occasion, my sons and I took the last of the pot. Just in time! It's also right next to the gift shop, which is lovely and sells works produced in their glassblowing demonstrations.

Great place to stop by and grab a sandwich if you’re looking for a tasty bite! The service is always 10/10

Let food or coffee here be a last resort. The breakfast burrito was bland and was hardly a burrito, more like a tiny wrap with no avocado or anything burrito like. The iced coffee was so bad I could only take one sip. This is an amazing museum though!

Delicious food. I am eating lunch here. A cup of soup and a half of grilled cheese sandwich. Frothy latte, perfectly done.
