Ever time I get a vanilla creme donut here the frosting is stuck to the bag. See pic. Drives me crazy. Also their food is hit or miss. They usually forget to cut the paninis too.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Tim Horton's with my daughter, Tristian was amazing and very patient and professional. I really like how the atmosphere has changed at this location. I have been going there for over 10 years and I can tell the team has a positive energy and work well together, unlike some of the previous staff from the past. The 3 strikes and your out, been to this location 3 times and they also seem to mess up the simplest things, and then they act like real jerks when you complain, which not surprised this week at drive through when I tried to complain the girl was rude and the manager was just standing their with a could not care less attitude, almost like she came into work drunk. Don't go to this location their are several other locations that have friendlier staff and will get your order right the first time.
