The 3 strikes and your out, been to this location 3 times and they also seem to mess up the simplest things, and then they act like real jerks when you complain, which not surprised this week at drive through when I tried to complain the girl was rude and the manager was just standing their with a could not care less attitude, almost like she came into work drunk. Don't go to this location their are several other locations that have friendlier staff and will get your order right the first time.

I would absolutely 100% give zero stars for this restaurant. I have come here several times had many issues I pulled in today for happy hour. Ask them if the drink I was getting was on happy hour they said yes and I said is it still going on? They said yes I ordered my drink pulled up to the register and he goes. I’m so sorry. It looks like it ended today so first of all if it ends today, wouldn’t you still give it to me and second of all you guys should be aware of when your sales are I called corporate to make a complaint because this is ridiculous. This is multiple times that they’re unaware of their sales, unaware of their promotions. I’ve had my drink here multiple times time and go to Starbucks or another Tim Hortons if you insist on having Tim Hortons
I have been going here everyday for the last 2 weeks because it is close to my work. I literally order the same thing and everyday my order has been wrong. I give up. It's not that hard to get a blueberry bagel toasted with butter. But here it apparently is.

The manger has hired a minor to work in there building now If I remember correctly you can't get a job till age of 16 17 year old right this lady here hired in a 14 year to work now at 14 I wasn't able be hired anywhere to work how's that's possible this world we live in is crazy. Also ps the manager lady is rude to people and as sometimes for no reason.
