Hot chocolate tasted like water and was probably only 3/4 the way full, i usually get more i was definitely skimped this time around. Bagels are hit or miss when you ask for them to be toasted it feels like they just put it in front of the oven for 5 seconds and warmed it… used to be a better location seems like it’s just went downhill over the years

Awful Tim Hortons location. For some reason in the drive thru the employees can never hear your order the first time and make you repeat every single portion of your order, just to get it wrong in the end anyways. I don't have a quiet voice and I make it a point to speak my order clearly. It doesn't matter. Today I ordered an Ubereats delivery for my wife and they sent the wrong drink (confirmed I ordered correctly on the app), so it's definitely just an overall lack of care and attention. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Tim Hortons a few minutes away on Miller Rd, where they are far more accurate, not to mention super polite.

The service has never been the same ever time I went. Food is never hot when you go to the drive thru. They are not welcoming when you get to the window they never greet you, never good morning how are you. What only focus on how fast they can get your food to you and not the experience when you get the food. It's always sloppy, they never mark the food when you get 2 of the same order. And you have to ask them if it's marked and the say yes it is and then you check your order and then it's not marked at all. That is very disappointing to the customer.

I was impressed. I stopped in on a Monday afternoon and placed a sizeable and mixed order for pickup early the following Sunday morning. When I arrived thae following Sunday morning, I was apprehensive as to whether they remembered my order and if it would be ready. My fears were quickly relieved. I only had to wait a couple of minutes while they finished boxing the last of my order, and I was out the door. Well done!

There was a suspicious card reader below the drive through window... The nice lady at the window said she doesn't know what it was and I believe her, so what's up with having a working card reader below the window lol. My friends and I muse that some nefarious bad actor installed a skimmer. Genius.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons to go to. It’s on my way to work, but if I’m not working I’ll drive the extra miles to go here. My iced Capp is always perfect, not super creamy. The service is always fast.
I noticed when I go here it’s every once in a while. The service is fast but the food has no taste, I don’t understand I just tried the BELT sandwich I love everything bagels it was no taste to it, I couldn’t taste the egg, the bacon nor the cheese it’s really weird usually on the bagel you at least taste the onion. I come to try something different foods but not to often and how does egg not taste like egg I’m confused. I guess it was a water sandwich idk. Can’t come here unless I want a drink I guess.

A simple drink order gets messed up, every single time. This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Mocha ice coffee, triple, triple.
Never mocha. Never sweet. Always tastes like burnt coffee and maybe half and half. It's annoying.
