honestly, I hate to be this person, but I had an awful experience today. I ordered for my lunch break at work through tropical smoothie’s app, paid $20.60 for the smoothie and salad. As the driver was on his way, he texted my cell phone notifying me that he will not drop the food off inside the building and left it on the ground outside even though I asked for it to be handed to me. I then proceeded to open the bag on my break to find the smoothie almost spilled all over my food, and the smoothie was completely warm and soupy. Tasted like it was left out for hours. Additionally, my salad had cheese on it that I specifically ordered without due to an allergy. My food was inedible, as was the smoothie. The store said that DoorDash is responsible even though I ordered from the tropical smoothie app, which has made it impossible to get a refund. Normally I would let it go, but I paid over an hour’s worth of work for this meal, just for rude service and inedible food, AND still no refund or apology. I find it disrespectful and disappointing, and I would recommend everyone to go to a different store. Customer service is nonexistent here

I was waiting for my order and saw TWO ROACHES run across the counter.. I told the older lady, she didn't act surprised at all!! She said do you want a refund? If course I said, she had the nerve to have a attitude. ROACHES, ROACHES

When you use DoorDash the restaurant workers need to make sure that the items are put in a bag and have the receipt stabled to the bag. This is unacceptable cause you never know if some will tamper with your items. Now in the psss when I have ordered everything was placed in a bag with my receipt stabled to the bag but not today. I am clearly not drinking the item cause I do t feel it’s safe too cause it was not sealed in a bag

This was horrible!!!! I am vegan! I requested a hummus veggie wrap!!!!!! They put hella chicken in my sandwich! they wont answer the phone either. it always goes to there voicemail! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
