Do NOT go to this location, paid for granola didn't receive, when called to talk to them about this instead I was talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about, save your time go to the other location. Also, honey, non existent. Most locations have no issue giving a bit more honey.

I’ve stopped here 3-4 times in the last two months. “Currently out of Splenda” each time. Splenda is an option in the app, apparently just not at the drive thru. It would seem if you were out of a menu item for over a month you might find a different source for said item, one example might be the GROCERY STORE you’re located directly in front of.

When we had issues with smoothies not arriving through Doordash, we called the staff and they were super nice! When we finally got our smoothies they sent us an extra smoothie as well as complimentary cookies. The food was delicious and I highly recommend!

Absolute worst wraps ever. I have tried to give this place a chance. They just throw the ingredients in the tortilla, dump sauce into it, warm it for a few seconds, slice the whole thing wrapper and all, and throw it in a bag. Disgusting and sloppy. The only thing they can get right is the smoothies.

"I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Café on Hill Road. The smoothies were decent, but the selection felt a bit limited compared to other locations. The food was okay, though not exceptional. Service was friendly, but it took a bit longer than expected. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but there’s room for improvement."
There is always a problem at this tropical smoothie either the smoothies are melted or the service is bad and the line takes forever just for smoothies. The people there are nasty and rude!

Vegetarian options: I am not certain that their ingredients are non-gmo so I am not certain if vegetarians would approve. Vegans definitely would not approve because they sell chicken.

Asked for a smoothie with extra strawberries and a sandwich with no tomatoes and somehow this simple task was incredibly difficult for them. While I stood at the counter waiting to ask for a remade sandwich, I had the pleasure of listening to them complain about the other customers. Even after getting a new sandwich the food and flavor were disappointing. I know tropical smoothie can be delicious, like the location in Fenton so I was extremely saddened by just how gross my meal was.
