Food is fine. Atmosphere is fine I’m just leaving a full one star review because restaurant says open and it’s closed. I pulled up and seen a women lock and leave. Sees me park next to her doesn’t expect to say a thing. Service terrible don’t waste time for a place that can’t provide. Like at least leave a note.😭

Very clean store. Tables and counter seating. Greeted upon entering and friendly order taking. Wasn't busy when I came thru. Restroom was very clean as well

Upset, the fact that ONE açaí bowl is over $15. It was made completely wrong. No one will answer the phone. So what, am I just out of luck with the wrong order while you have my money? The employees are too busy talking to each other thru the headset rather than ensuring the order is correct if anything… thru the headset.

Made a mistake on my order when using the app. Called to see if they could cancel it or refund it and was told no. Picked up my order at the store and asked again thinking they would understand just to have the manager responded with I already told you no on the phone. Understand it was my mistake but do the right thing and take care of the customer. Will not be using this location in the future.

If I could give 0 stars to this experience today I would. Got on the app had food delivered but it took an hour! Why?! 30 minutes at most is what I normally wait. And that’s no problem. But when my food got to me it’s was freezing cold and not to mention my smoothie was melted. If I could give the DoorDash that brought my food a 0 I would. Also if I could take back a tip I would. No where did it say he was double dashing or anything but I guess tropical smoothie employees said hey take this other persons food first, even though I’m literally 5 minutes down the road at work. So I had to wait for that food to be done even though my dasher already confirmed with the app he’d be heading to me. Needless to say I’m pretty upset and just am fed up with this. I have to go on lunch at a certain time. Not by my choice by choice of my work. So when I order ahead of time, with plenty of time I don’t expect to be waiting an hour.

omg please dont go here!!
We did a mobile pickup and they closed the doors very early so we had to go through the drive-thru. The drinks were NOT what we ordered at all and are the most disgusting drinks I've ever had, literally just blended blueberries and water and an avocado drink that I didn't even order. When asked if they could remake it they were insanely condescending and said no and said to deal with it tomorrow. I just want a refund!! thats $20 for absolutely nothing. dont waste your money, you're better off going to the way better location in grand blanc.
