10/22/24 we come here often, Today on the way home from Cataract surgery my husband wanted there sausage gravy and biscuits. He's absolutely crazy about them. I got the cheeseburger combo with fries, coleslaw and drink. The cook made a happy face on my bun with ketchup. Made my day, I smiled and took a picture of my ""happy meal""
We had coney dogs with fries to go, so I can't comment on the service and atmosphere, but the interactions were pleasant and professional. The dogs were good, and you got a ton of fries. It's not the best tasting I have had, but it's good and a solid 4.5 stars. I would go again if in the area, and in the mood.

Also, I’m a bacon snob and West Side’s bacon is perfection. Crisped to perfection! Also highly recommend the cinnamon french toast.
