On September 0 2026. My order was incomplete, I didn't get mashed potatoes and gravy. Paid $17 dollar for 2 piece of chicken and sandwich. I suggest go somewhere else.
Wow! This place has gone downhill. Waited almost an hour in line to get my order in. Nobody in the lobby. When I finally reached the front to pay I realized why it took so long. The cashier would take your order then get on his phone while your order was being made. No efficiency and the place looked filthy. So sad. Been craving Popeyes and this has been the experience lately.
I have never had such great friendly service at a fast food restaurant. Both the one who took the order and the one working at the window were phenomenal! The food was great!! We have never been to a Popeye's before, but we will be back.
