I have never had such great friendly service at a fast food restaurant. Both the one who took the order and the one working at the window were phenomenal! The food was great!! We have never been to a Popeye's before, but we will be back.
First and last visit here. Long wait, because I ordered chicken they were out of, and asked if I preferred "fresh," and I said, "Yes," not realizing the few minutes promised would be 20+. I would not have waited. As I waited, I saw an employee grabbing fries from the warming bin and eating them, then grabbing a piece of fish from the warming bin and eating it. Wow! This place has gone downhill. Waited almost an hour in line to get my order in. Nobody in the lobby. When I finally reached the front to pay I realized why it took so long. The cashier would take your order then get on his phone while your order was being made. No efficiency and the place looked filthy. So sad. Been craving Popeyes and this has been the experience lately.
