We absolutely LOVE Jack's Place. Not only are we regular customers but we were lucky enough to have our wedding reception here and let me tell you it was a blast!! The owners, staff, cooks are all amazing people! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is so fun & upbeat! I'd recommend them over and over for any occasion!
They charged my bank card someone else's tab and overdrawn my checking account when I paid cash. (They said they needed a card) I've been calling since last week and I keep getting told they have to get with the owner or we need to pull the original receipt we just haven't had time. We will get back to you and still haven't heard anything. Very poor service of taking care of a customer. They are nothing but liars
We never will go there ever again! Not only is the service horrible the staff’s attitude is very poor… They served us raw chicken and were not apologetic at all (and lied about temping it when they took it out of the fryer) thank God neither of us that ordered chicken fingers got sick!!!
We’ve been there four times now. Each time the food was horrible!
