Jack’s Place is a great environment. They have signature cocktails for holidays and events. Their new lanes are awesome. Their breadsticks and cheese curds are phenomenal. They have a small arcade area with dart board, claw machine and pool tables. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. They have line dancing and live bands. They are invested in making a great experience and have something for everyone.

Was at jacks for a few beverages with a friend tonight and worst service ever. We sat at bar but was like we were not even sitting there, ignored so the the 1 sometimes 2 bartenders could take care or people in line or on floor or be on her phone. We ordered a quessadiellia and took at least 45 minutes to get plus 45 for someone to even come take our food order, tasted like it sat back there for a while and they barely reheated it and was over done. People kept coming up to check on food statuses. There was nothing coming out of kitchen and 2 people working bar and floor. We were there maybe 430 til 730 8. Sucked. I prob will not be back. People were bring their own dishes and glasses empty to bar to get off there tables. Previous manager made sure everyone was taken care of, not ignored, food came out promptly and staffing was appropriate.
$15 shots from a liquor that costs ~$55/bottle. Prob won't ever go back. Also, place had literally 2 other patrons. Gee, can't imagine why 🤡

It's possible that being there late night made a difference ( 2 hours before close up to close) not very busy but service was inattentive. Plus I used QR code on table to order food only to be told later that kitchen was closed still waiting on refund 5 days later, with that said the bowling alley looked cool and I've heard the food is good so it might be worth a second chance at a little earlier in the evening

I’ve never been but I would not recommend anyone going if this is the way the OWNER is going to respond to reviews. If the owner acts unprofessional replying to such reviews I can 100% believe all the reviews abput how the staff was rude. Staff members usually take after the owner(s). Bumpers not being allowed for adults is dumb, if you have then they should be available to everyone. What if said adults aren’t good at bowling but still wanna hit some pins?
