Service was shitty. Charged for goup party tip when your just a guest buying your own item. Staff/mangers were rude and didnt care about your complaint. Cold as of they didnt have no heat in the place. Expensive. If I could rate in the negatives I would.

Went there for a party and not only were the two bartenders very rude, I notified one of them I had a severe dairy allergy in multiple ways and still received my food with butter. AFTER taking a bite, she then admitted that she never let the kitchen know of my allergy because “I never specifically told her to”, even though I had her both check ingredients (frys) for dairy as well as note to take the cheese off the sandwich. The other bartender then tried to back petal and say some people are only intolerant to cheese so we never know (even though once again I clarified all dairy). As a server myself, when I hear allergy it should be number one priority to inform the kitchen. I also was extremely disheartened they tried to downplay the severeness of my allergy, when it is in fact a serious allergy which I immediately had to leave for. I never leave reviews but this experience was one of the absolute worst I’ve ever had and put me and my child with this allergy in real danger.

Extremely disappointed at my experience here. The lanes and walkways seem completley unwaxed. Everyone here seems to keep slipping or almost falling because the shoes they provide on the floors they don't take care of is like walking on an ice rink. I fell multiple times I worry about my wife falling too. It seems unsafe to try and bowl on a floor no one can walk on. I can see it from the other people bowling too. Fortunately, their primary advertisement on screen is for an urgent care.

Bowling alley nice but bartender was very rude and disrespectful we order at drink at the bar and walked off to our tables (They bring you your drinks) it had been 20 mins we got our food I asked another bartender about my drinks she went back and asked the girl I watched as she got very rude yelling talking stuff so when she did bring it she sat it at the table next to us instead of handing it to me still went back talking stuff I hate the way I was service idk but this as a lemon drop is crazy

Giving 5 stars because we really like this place!! The servers/bartenders were very attentive and nice. The guy at the register (where you pay for games/shoes) was not the friendliest. Not horribly unfriendly but seemed annoyed to help (we had nothing complicated, just paid for games, shoes, and then eventually added on another game). We appreciate the cleanliness and good atmosphere for kids!

Jack’s Place is a great environment. They have signature cocktails for holidays and events. Their new lanes are awesome. Their breadsticks and cheese curds are phenomenal. They have a small arcade area with dart board, claw machine and pool tables. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. They have line dancing and live bands. They are invested in making a great experience and have something for everyone.

Was at jacks for a few beverages with a friend tonight and worst service ever. We sat at bar but was like we were not even sitting there, ignored so the the 1 sometimes 2 bartenders could take care or people in line or on floor or be on her phone. We ordered a quessadiellia and took at least 45 minutes to get plus 45 for someone to even come take our food order, tasted like it sat back there for a while and they barely reheated it and was over done. People kept coming up to check on food statuses. There was nothing coming out of kitchen and 2 people working bar and floor. We were there maybe 430 til 730 8. Sucked. I prob will not be back. People were bring their own dishes and glasses empty to bar to get off there tables. Previous manager made sure everyone was taken care of, not ignored, food came out promptly and staffing was appropriate.
