Jack’s Place is a great environment. They have signature cocktails for holidays and events. Their new lanes are awesome. Their breadsticks and cheese curds are phenomenal. They have a small arcade area with dart board, claw machine and pool tables. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. They have line dancing and live bands. They are invested in making a great experience and have something for everyone.
It's possible that being there late night made a difference ( 2 hours before close up to close) not very busy but service was inattentive. Plus I used QR code on table to order food only to be told later that kitchen was closed still waiting on refund 5 days later, with that said the bowling alley looked cool and I've heard the food is good so it might be worth a second chance at a little earlier in the evening
My son has been telling me about this place for a few months, so we made the 6 hour journey to come up here and do karaoke with him. And he was absolutely correct. The entertainment was very nice. The food was actually very, very good and the service was spectacular.
