Messed up my order (it happens no big deal), I ordered two different pizzas they gave me two of the same. Wanted me to drive my order back from my house there to confirm they messed up. They confirmed, so they took one of the pizzas back and left me in the waiting area with my other pizza for 25 minutes to make a new one. Nothing but a sorry, after I drove up there twice and went home with a cold pizza and bread sticks that sat out for 50 minutes and a fresh pizza. Nothing to compensate, they didn’t let me keep the mistake pizza, no discount, didn’t offer to keep my other pizza warm while I sat in there with it for 25 minutes, just a sorry. For as good as a reputation this place has, seems to be managed by teenagers. Food was undeniable delicious, maybe the best breadsticks I’ve ever had. But wow did they ruin our Sunday pizza night.

If I could post 0 stars I would Cold Pizza, unkind wait staff Asked for a manager and was told no, not impressed after waiting 40 minutes for my food and 20 minutes in the restaurant. Would not recommend If you intend to carry out it is definitely not top priority

If your restaurant stinks, fix the smell. Please don't make people sit in an area where the fragrance is so strong you can taste it. What a terrible experience it was to sit right next to one of the plug in air fresheners on full blast. Instant headache and ruined the food.
Stopped in spontaneously as a first time customer. There was only one table occupied when we arrived. It took awhile for anyone to greet and seat us. We noticed after being seated the room had a distinct unpleasant hard to describe odor that was hard to ignore. We left before even ordering

Been going for over 25 years and has gotten terrible. They no longer have Kheno. They use the excuse of paperwork but the Michigan lottery website. It only takes three months to get lottery in a business and they’ve been trying for almost a year. They have become way overpriced and charge a service fee now And the food is a lot cheaper quality.
