I’m not sure why, but every time I come here it’s disappointing. 45 minute waits for hot n ready items is just insane to me. I was an assistant manager of the busiest LC in Michigan and I’ve never seen this amount of chaos. 10 years ago we had manual sheets of paper telling us what our prior year sales were and what time needed the racks full and box full. I would only assume technology has gotten better since. 5pm , nothing going into the oven , associates just standing and not on make line to get anything on a rack or oven. Online orders taking priority over in store pick up and having a line of 10 or more people. Associates are reactionary to the management staff on hand. Management needs to understand and take control of the situation instead of being the only one on a make line were 2 associates are just standing waiting on things to put into the oven.
Called in an order of crazy bread when I got there to pick it up the crazy bread was not done yet. 50 minutes it took from the time called it in til the time they gave it to me. There was someone in the the back yelling bad language unprofessional. Will never go back

It’s clear to me that the employees are understaffed and overworked. They were treated poorly when I was there. They had a lobby full of customers and the phone ringing of the hook, but still kept their composure. My pizza and bread sticks were perfect despite the stress they were under. Give these people a raise and more staff!

We ordered tonight and normally it’s fine however this time was just so sad. we received one of our pizzas not cooked all the way and cut all over the place the other with no sauce even though we ordered with sauce and it was just 2 simple pizzas
