It’s clear to me that the employees are understaffed and overworked. They were treated poorly when I was there. They had a lobby full of customers and the phone ringing of the hook, but still kept their composure. My pizza and bread sticks were perfect despite the stress they were under. Give these people a raise and more staff!

Hot and Ready is a bit of a misnomer, it's almost never ready. However the staff are very kind. It would be useful to have an online tracker to see if hot and readies are truly ready, I could wait or put in a custom order instead of waiting in the lobby of the store for 10-20 minutes.

Been ordering pizza from this location for about a year and for the most part its always great but eating a thin crust with ham and bacon and the bacon seems freeze dried or something very hard and rubbery...
