We were a party of 6 adults and three teens. Server added auto gratuity, which has never happened before, and gave horrible service. I usually tip much higher than the rate she chose but since she picked a tip I guess service wasnât important. I shouldnât have to chase you down for a drink refill and napkins. We have been coming here for years with the exact same family members and have never had this happen before. I can not respond to reach out because I did not take my receipt. I left a note on my signed copy.

wish ive got to try! i brought a 7 top in, and we could not get seated even though.. the restaurant was a GHOST TOWN. Then, they told us we can got seaten but a 35 MINUTE wait. They said it was the âKitchen catching upâ Personally, why do we have to wait, standing, no drinks? i get it if we might have waited a 10-20 minute wait for our food AFTER sitting down, but why do we have to wait standing? And also, you dont directly communicate that âits the kitchen catching upâ Because knowing it had nothing to do with us seating, made me even more pissed. Happy new years, but this was disappointing.

Our server Casey (12/23 around 5:30p) was phenomenal! She had a smile no matter how busy her tables and bar got. She was effectively communicating with us letting us know about delays in the kitchen. She was absolutely perfect at handling the pressure of a busy shift without letting down her high spirits!

They kept forgetting us. Zero refills, zero checking on. Took forever to get our pops which we never got a refill or even asked. Had to have a diff server get our box and bill. My plate had NO fries it was like a McDonald's small fry amount. I'm not kidding. I wasted 30$ I'm so mad I go here so much I want my money back

I hate to leave this review but having spent $40 on food and for them to forget my side of chicken and didnât take anything off my queso when I asked for them to take it off just disappointed in the take out

I am a BWWS fan. I have been to about 15 locations. Always great food and good service. I drove 60 miles for this one. (I was traveling to the area any way. BOGO is the way to gonif you can get it. I shall return. See my YouTube channel Coolest Life.

I guess it's all right if you want to hang out.And have a beer and a burger or beer and wings with your friends.But i'm not that impressed with the place.I'm also not a huge sports fan, but there are tvs everywhere and everything is sport related
