Culvers has delicious food the burgers are the best out there and worth the price. But only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the service. A majority of the employees lack customer service skills, they don't smile they don't greet you when you walk in and they don't make you feel welcome. Another problem I have is a lot of the time they mess up my order in some way. Just tell your employees to cheer up and your BOH to read the kds better and you'd get a 5 star review from me

Every time I go there, the food is always cold no matter how long I sit in the drive-thru. It seems they always got some people there that obviously don’t comprehend their own menu because they don’t know how to explain to people they keep calling that whatever they’re ordering that they see on the menu, is not exactly what they’re ordering. I see a fish basket pictured and I wanna order a fish basket that’s what I expect not a sandwich. How does a sandwich come in a basket.

I just went into this location in Fort Gratiot to get lunch. The cashier and the lady who handed me the food were extremely rude.! The burger was OK, but the onion rings tasted like fish🤮 I’ve been here multiple times I’ve had the same issue with the staff, they’re typically younger people with really bad attitudes. This location needs to do something different maybe, holding employee meeting and tell them how to treat their customers……
