Been since 2023 that I got to try Culver’s for the first time. Finally get to have it again and it’s just as amazing as I remember. Food was amazing, staff are more than friendly. They provided complimentary sauce and drink when we asked for them after picking up our pre-order via App.
Restaurant was so clean, they had real flowers on every table, plenty of staff cleaning the store, bathrooms were spotless. Can wait to get Culver’s again, I already miss it.

Shout out to crew trainer Joe for absolutely horrible service! Came out to give me food while my drive thru post it was on car mumbled something while taking off post it started to leave realized wasn't my order so had to park and walk in because I received # 64 instead of #65 walked up to counter and he needed argue that he claimed he said my order which is a load of bull. Should have asked for a manager but wasn't worth my time because joe couldn't be bother to use words or look at the damn sticky note on car. I will still return to this location because I love the food and never have had any other issue but as a crew trainer your customer service is awful and hope you get some more training.

Fast, friendly, clean. Staff was jovial and seemed to be a happy team. Food was good. This restaurant is a good representation of the chain. I typically avoid corporate franchises- Culver's is one of the few that I enjoy and this particular one is exceptional.
