I had previously compared Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's Italian sandwiches. Mike's was soggy and the bread was nothing special. I was looking for a good Philly cheese steak and went to Jersey Mike's in Orem. I was very disappointed. It was very average. Missing Moochie's. However, the service was way worse. I ordered a cheese steak and while waiting, six people were processed before me. Then they put the steak on the griddle. It's Jimmy John's from now on.
