You have to use the app to place the order at all. They will only pick up and hang up the phone. No one knows what's going on. After ordering the food off the app I went to pick it up, then got a notification that my food had already picked up. When I asked no one knew what was going on..

***SHOUTOUT TO LOGAN for good customer service on 11/19/25 and 11/21/25 Food is usually decent, can't complain for the price. Store is too small for people to wait in, it can get packed in there like sardines.

There is no seating... when you order from the pizza portal sometimes they don't put your pizza in even when it is done if it says it is done on your app then ask an employee and they will bring it out for you normally... has a side note we ordered two pizzas with crazy crust and they only gave us one pizza with crazy crust this was only one time and normally the service is great.
