Wonderful new customer experience. My server Avery and the rest of the team were helpful and shared with me their favorites. The food was all fresh. Could see them cooking everything. I'm glad to have gone there and will definitely become a regular customer
Never have the items ready, so you have to wait for your food. They are often closed for random reasons but will still take your online order. When you have to drive 20 minutes to get there, it sucks to find out not only are they not open but now you have to deal with trying to get your money back!
There just always seems to be an issue at this location. Every time we ask for, let's say, sweet and sour sauce, we end up with soy. There are many simple things that could be avoided if staff members simply listen to what customers are requesting.
