This starbucks location is not good anymore ever since the holidays drinks came out. they hired all new workers, and the drinks aren’t made right anymore . it suck’s this is the only starbucks drive thru in port huron.

This Starbucks location has really gone downhill. I'm not sure what happened, but the drinks used to be consistently good. Now, there are all these new employees who aren't making the drinks correctly. I always add extra toppings to my drink, but they never put enough. It’s a waste of money to pay extra for toppings when they don’t add them, and lately, the drinks just taste bad. Also the workers have been so rude lately.

I drove all the way up to the north end during all this construction, just to get to Starbucks, and it was closed! There was no warning that they were closing early; they closed at 6 PM. They didn’t indicate that they were closed. The hours online still say they are open, but they are not. They just closed down early without saying anything.

This is my go-to Starbucks! Everyone is cheery! I've never waited more than a few minutes for anything I order! No matter how tricky my order can get (I love trying new things!) they always nail it! Store Manager Brad is great!

Service was ok, nothing spectacular. My cheese danish was awful and the drinks aren't anything special. Will save some money and just go to McDonald's next time.

So sick of paying up to $7 for a coffee with NO flavor. If I ask for 7 pumps of flavor, it does NOT mean 7 half ass pumps of flavor. I seen one lady do the full pumps for another customer while my barista did quick fast half pumps. We ask for a certain amount for a reason. I literally had some coffee flavored oat milk. I had to go back in and ask for some brown sugar flavor. Been coming to Starbucks for many years and have complained many times. Im done with Starbucks officially after today. They rip your off by doing their jobs half assed. I know many will still come here but I for one will not be. Sick of it!
Iced Cherry Chai Latte for the seasonal WIN! Super good. I choose to omit the cherry crunch topping. Service was good and quick in the drive thru. Ordered ahead on the app. Good to go!
