They have made it impossible for a handicap person who can drive to pick up an order. I have to walk with a rollator and ordered a to go meal, thinking as I always have I could pick it up in my car. Wrong. They no longer bring your order to the car. You have to go inside. I had to get my rollator out of the trunk, struggle thru people and children waiting on the veranda try to open a door that automatically closes, and deal with a employee who didn’t know my order by that time...read full review
