Placed a customized cake order for my daughter's birthday through the app and paid for it. Went to pick it up the day scheduled and no one made the cake. All the bakery workers were gone for the day and the it was blamed on a system glitch. It was found in the system though. I've ordered multiple cakes this way and never had a problem.
