Placed a customized cake order for my daughter's birthday through the app and paid for it. Went to pick it up the day scheduled and no one made the cake. All the bakery workers were gone for the day and the it was blamed on a system glitch. It was found in the system though. I've ordered multiple cakes this way and never had a problem. Should have been an easy pick up and go, but it was a half hour situation. Had to find a cake elsewhere last minute. This was a horrible experience.
