Bought 2 one pound packages of blood and tongue worst. I usually get it presided. So I didn't ask about getting it sliced and the butcher whole sold it to me, some young guy, didn't ask me if I wanted it sliced. Now I have 2 one pound blocks of worst and no meat slicer. I assumed it was sliced and he should have asked.
Unmatched quality and flavor of their products. Love all their sausages and of course had to pick up a few coils of their Polish sausage and my favorite blood sausage! Small town service with a personal touch and prices that have not kept up with this inflation trend - what's not to love?
Every time I go in, I pick a different sausage to try. And I can’t leave without picking up a package of their smoked string cheese! I love that they hire special needs people. The staff are wonderful and their food is amazing!
