We traveled quite a long way and we were very excited to try your restaurant. We made reservations for 8pm and were seated right away. When we ordered, I was informed you were out of Sauerbraten. Thats what we went there for. Very disappointing. That and being a couple, why were we seated between two tables of screaming children. I understand its a family restaurant but it would be nice to move couples away from families with small children instead of surrounding us.
Neat building, fun kitschy place with a gift shop downstairs! Our server was very friendly and funny. Got the pretzel sandwich which was fine but could've been better - maybe toasting the buns and cutting down on the amount of ham since it made it a bit difficult to eat.
My friends and I really enjoyed our visit to the Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Our server was super helpful and friendly, and explained everything about the dining experience before we ordered.
Lots of food, which was good, because it was about $50 per person. We even had plenty leftover to take some home.
