N'Orlins is our favorite place to eat in Frankenmuth, hands down! Their gumbo is perfect for a chilly day, and the beignets--while messy--are to die for. The only downside is that there is no indoor seating, but there are plenty of benches nearby to sit down and enjoy. Highly recommend if you're ever in Frankenmuth during the winter months.
Staff were nice and helpful. This was my first time having beignets. New Orleans is on my bucket list, so this was second best! They were AWESOME as were the dipping sauces (cinnamon was my favorite!)! I also had a cafe au lait and gator bites and got gumbo to go. The gator bites were tasty but so expensive for the little amount of them that came with the order. It would've been nice to know just how few come with the order to make a more educated decision on whether to go ahead...read full review
