“I went in to grab 2 hot n readys and a breadstick and they were working short handed but the 3 people working didn't miss a beat throwing orders together and remaining kind to us that sat and waited patiently. I got home and the pizza was cooked perfectly making it much worth the wait.“

I do however believe the staff does what they please and do not fear any consequence of their actions due to this not being the first time👎🏻 Sad thing, I really like their food and menu but what terrible employees or policies from owners. This is now the 2nd time that we try and order over the phone and basically cant. Previously they said they weren't taking orders so we did it online and they messed it up 2x. Tonight at 5:40pm I called to place an order and the younger girl after taking 3 phone calls to answer, said that they just sat 2 large tables and its going to be a while. Told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes because the people in the restaurant take priority and i said, even though our money all spends the same? She said yeah because they are here? So if to go orders come in they get pushed? This is insane. Why do take out? I have NEVER, EVER had someone say that. They missed out on a $100+ order from a large family because not all customers are treated equal. This unfortunately will be the last time we give them business :( Great food, terrible customer service/policies.“

Thank you so much for having a quiet place even with it full; no loud kitchen noise, respectable employee talk, just a very pleasant night out for dinner. Not often can you have that these days!“
