I wanted to give a public acknowledgement of a lady named Tammy in the build a bear shop on the lower level. My 9 year old niece had swim suit bottoms that were a little loose. We asked a few of the workers if they had a safety pin and got mostly blank stares but when we went to the build a bear gift shop and asked Tammy? she looked for one (she didn’t have one around). We stayed one night. Haven't been there since the new addition. It is very fun and clean.
very dirty lodge! some staff are very rude. the water park is very dirty, I wouldn't even get in a pool. Hot tub packed with so many people could not fit one more person.
