Food was amazing but the staff was my issue. They close at 10 but this is during Auto Fest and the one guy in the back repeatedly complained about people coming in past 9:30. We ordered and got out food and went outside before 9:45 but all I could hear was the one guy complaining about “I’m so exhausted come on” “oh I want to die” “It’s not like I want to take a break or anything” “Yay people are coming in still, amazing”...read full review
I visited Taco Bell on August 13 and ordered a potato wrap, which was not prepared properly. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they did not acknowledge or adequately address my concern. Although I received a refund, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer support. I request that this matter be reviewed to help improve the customer experience.
Guy at the drive through was less than courteous, didn’t say two words to me had a nasty look on his face, I told him I wanted my receipt he ignored me, handed me my food, I asked again and he angrily gave it to me as if I was inconvenienced him and told me to pull forward as if I’m not leaving.
