Excellent ambience with a well curated wine list. Service is also top notch. Sadly, this time the food was not up to its normal standards. While the salads were great, my ribeye was 25% fat and my wife's scallops were tough. Hopefully it was just a one-off night.
We were visiting Frankenmuth and The Station 100 was recommended to us by a local. We were looking for a nice place to celebrate a milestone birthday. The menu had several options including dry aged, Wagyu and regular cuts of steak. It included 2 sides. Our group of 6 ordered varying types and cuts. Food was excellent. My wife had Wiener schnitzel and I had the goulash. We shared the Black Forest cake. All were delicious and service was attentive. We have eaten here for 7 years coming up from Texas. As soon as we have our itinerary we make a reservation.
