Was here on Easter Sunday. The BEST donuts, also the staff is continually, and constantly shorthanded, they handled how busy it was with class and efficiency. I'm proud of them, the customers in Frankenmuth dining in have to be called out for their impatience and general rudeness. It was sad to see the entitlement, especially on a holiday.
We were there on 1/1/25 at 1:00pm. The young man at the register was very pleasant and kind. The manager on duty was so loud and nasty to her workers. It was awful to have to listen to. The poor guy at the register sold a hash brown after 11:00 and she made it a big deal for everyone to hear and embarrassed him instead of quietly handling it on the side with him. She was barking out orders for someone else on how to do something on the side in the back and talked so condescendingly...
I just wanted to give a big thank you and appreciation to the young man who makes my sandwich’s every time I come through here. I probably stop about once a week for lunch for a couple months now and every time he’s working he’s consistently so polite and kind and well spoken. He makes the food AMAZING too and listens to the requests I make sometimes for it and I just really appreciate how awesome this business is for hiring and keeping good workers we don’t have enough...
